Providing care solutions for children, young people and adults

Profound Care and Support

At ForeverCare, we strive to empower young people to develop their social, emotional and functional skills, enabling them to develop coping mechanisms for the future, and take steps towards resilience, independence and wellbeing.

Support

Supported Transitions

We offer support to young people when they are ready to move from residential care to the next chapter in their life. This could be moving back home, into foster care or progressing to independent living.

Areas We Cover

We pride ourselves on being able to cover the whole of the North East of England and often further afield if required. With our main office based in Sunderland we welcome enquiries from any Local Authority throughout the UK.

Expansion

As a result of our continued success, ForeverCare have recently opened our North West branches within the Greater Manchester regions. We are excited to deliver our undivided support and care further afield than the North East.

Dedicated Staff

Our team of highly experienced and personable staff pride themselves in delivering 24/7 care and support to the best of their ability. They are more than just staff, they are familiar faces; they are committed to supporting the young people and nurturing positive changes.

Angie Riddell

Director of Childrens Homes
angie@forevercare.org.uk

Hi my name is Angie Riddell the Responsible Individual for all the residential childrens homes.

I have worked in health and social care for 23 years, gaining experience working with children and adults with varying needs.

I have previously been a registered manager and understand the positives and difficulties we may face.

My passion is to support the managers to enable young people reach their full potential.

I have high expectations of everyone and cascade this throughout.

I am extremely proud of where we are and the progress we as Forevercare childrens homes have made and looking forward to the future.

Cerys Howard

Hi my name is Cerys Howard, registered manager of Field house. I have worked in residential care my entire working life since leaving university in 2006. I am very passionate about my role as Registered Manager and strive to provide the best home and opportunities i can for all of the young people in my care.

I was involved in the process of readying and registering Field House with Ofsted so I have been able to put my own stamp on the home and loved the whole process. I am very much looking forward to continuing to build my staff team and welcome new young people to Field House over time.

susan@forevercare.org.uk

Hi, my name is Susan Clarke, currently the Registered Manager of Percy House,

I have over 20 years’ experience within the Health and Social Care arena,  having worked within a variety of settings including Education, Residential and Foster care and gained experience within Mainstream, ESBD and Learning Disabilities, including those young people with a diagnosis of ASD.

Within this time, I am proud to say I have progressed through the ranks to reach Registered Manager and have both enjoyed, as well as not forgotten my journey.

I have a passion to provide the very best of care for every young person I have and have had the privilege of working with and enjoy celebrating their achievements.

I pride myself in encouraging both the young person(s) and staff team to create their own goals and support them to reach these.
